Uña de Gato - Cat's Claw
Cat's Claw is most commonly known and used for the improvement of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. It is also used to help control stomach disorders and peptic ulcers. It is thought to help regulate the immune system. Its primary function is to reduce inflammation, which helps to reduce any pain or friction, especially between joints.
Traditional Tea
1 Cup
Boil 2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp of dried herb
Let steep for approximately 5 minutes, longer for a stronger tea
Strain and serve
