Cedron
Cedron has been used for a variety of ailments, mainly relating to the stomach and digestion. It helps to release excess gases, control weight and remove toxins as well as reduce inflammation and treat diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome. It may even be effective in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
Secondary benefits include reducing migraines and headaches, controlling allergies, rheumatic pains and symptoms of stress by promoting relaxation and release of tension. For this reason it is also good for insomnia, colic and agitation.
Traditional Tea
1 Cup
Boil 2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp of dried herb
Let steep for approximately 5 minutes, longer for a stronger tea
Strain and serve
1 Liter
Boil 1 liter of water
Add 10 gr of dried herb (about 1/4 of the bag)
Let steep for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, longer for a stronger tea
Strain and serve
