Manzanilla - Chamomile
Manzanilla, also known as chamomile, is perhaps one of the most widely known herbs for home remedies. Chamomile tea is perhaps best known for its calming properties, calming the nerves, reducing anxiety and easing insomnia and other sleep problems. This property also aids with other ailments like easing pain, cramps and tension in the body.
Traditional Tea
1 Cup
Boil 2 cups of water
Add 1 tbsp of dried herb
Let steep for approximately 5 minutes, longer for a stronger tea
Strain and serve
